Eirini Attiti is an experienced Compliance professional with extensive expertise across the legal and financial sectors. She specializes in the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures, supporting organizations in meeting their regulatory obligations and effectively managing compliance and regulatory risk.

Her core areas of expertise include Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC), risk assessment, and regulatory compliance, underpinned by a strong understanding of international regulatory standards and evolving compliance requirements.

Eirini also has experience in corporate governance and HR compliance, advising on the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures in line with applicable legal, regulatory, data protection, and ethical standards. Her work further encompasses internal compliance reviews and audits, regulatory reporting, and the design and delivery of compliance training programmes, with a focus on strengthening internal controls and fostering an effective culture of compliance.

With professional training in compliance methodologies, regulatory risk management, and corporate governance best practices, Eirini combines technical regulatory knowledge with a practical and risk-based approach, providing strategic guidance on compliance matters and supporting organizations in adapting to an increasingly complex regulatory environment.

In recognition of her contribution to the profession, Eirini was named among the “20 under 40 Compliance 2025” in Greece, an initiative recognising emerging Compliance professionals for their contribution to the field, continuous professional development, and active presence within the industry.

Prior to joining the Firm, Eirini gained significant professional experience in Greece and Cyprus, developing a broad perspective across regulatory, governance, and compliance matters.
